This is our third visit to hotel Angela, this time for a 3 week stay. The hotel is very good, friendly hard working staff! Entertainment every night! The food was excellent with plenty of choice! The fish was superb with lots of different types throughout the weeks ! Salmon, cod, plaice, hake, perch and others! I am not a big meat eater so was happy!
Breakfast was good with plenty of choice.
The hotel has a heated indoor pool with steam room and sauna! Lovely area to be in!
The rooms are good, we had a balcony facing west, lots of sun in afternoon!
The only thing that could be improved on in my opinion is in the bathroom ? There is not a liquid soap dispenser next to the hand wash basin ? A bit strange?
Also there is no storage for toiletries? Just the area around the wash basin so it gets quite cluttered ! The bathroom is a good size so there is room for some shelving or a storage unit of some description ?
Looking forward to our next visit to the Angela again very soon!

Not a bad hotel.
We stayed here for 5 nights and got a room upgrade. We got quoted higher than what our friend did, but we went for it anyway. We were repeatedly told by the receptionist that if we upgraded the room, we would have access to everything, including the rooftop pool. This was confirmed by our four other friends, who were checking in at the same time. We kept asking to clarify that everything was included, and they confirmed this. We went up to the rooftop pool, where we were greeted by a woman with an attitude straight away for no reason, saying it's not included, so we went back to reception, and they said they never said such a thing, even with everyone hearing. Besides the point, DO NOT pay for the rooftop pool its boring and the water is freezing, a waste of money. But I must say we brushed it off our shoulders and absolutely loved our room, it was gorgeous, and the bed was so comfy, maybe just the shower needed a bit more cleaning, but we will definitely come back, not for the staff but for the room/view.

Hotel very good overall, but brought down by restaurant dinner, where food is only ok. My advice, choose room or breakfast options only, skip dinner. Lots and lots of local restaurants available to eat at, where they care about you being there. Staff in dining area and reception are not interested in guests... odd, as if we're not here, then they're potentially out of work. Choose rooms overlooking the pool, otherwise you look at a street with no sun.

The hotel is nice, location is great on the beach with great views, close to restaurants (visit La langosta) and buffet breakfast nicer than average. the room was clean, spacious with two balconies, a stand alone bath, shower and toilet with comfy large bed, romantic.
overall the experience was good however there are a few things that weren’t great. The standout issue is the toilet in the room, despite a romantic setting they installed a transparent shower door that does not go to the ceiling, floor or walls meaning zero pricacy visually or audibly meaning any time either of us needed to use it for anything other than a wee it meant trekking down 5 floors to the ground floor toilets. In addition to this there is no cistern so it has a flush louder and more aggressive than an airplane toilet - not great for middle of the night use either. Please install proper doors on the toilets at the very least.
When checking in try to avoid arriving when check in opens because they do not have the capacity to cope with the volume of guests arriving resulting in long queues lasting over half an hour.
They are strict on no food or drink leaving the dining room at breakfast meaning when we wanted to take a coffee up to the room after eating we were rudely spoken to by the restaurant manager who proceeded to bad mouth us in Spanish to his colleagues not realising we understood everything.
The vibe in the lounge on Thursday evening was brilliant with dozens of guests of all ages enjoying live music and dancing.
Despite the inconveniences with the restaurant manager and the member of staff refusing to help his colleague checking in guests at the additional desk the staff were nice, the food was good and the value for the premium room was good. Just please fix the toilet situation as this is the main reason for loosing a star.
