We bought two beds there, and the mattress of the first one broke quickly; this was resolved well by after-sales. After that, we bought dining chairs and a table, which arrived damaged. The sales department is less impressive than the service department, because the leg of our first bed came loose because it snapped through the chipboard. A new bed base was installed today, so in that respect, the service-oriented technical department and after-sales are very good. After my previous negative review, I would like to rectify this a bit by posting a better review.

We first bought furniture in this store 20yrs ago. We have purchased new beds etc over the last few yrs, it was Elisabeth who helped us & Yesterday I spoke to her again to get some more items. She organised everything and was very efficient in communicating everything to me including a delivery date that suited me. She was very responsive at all times. Thank you again Elizabeth. The furniture we have bought from this store over the last 20 years is excellent as is the service. Tara.

The worst service I have ever experienced.
Once they take a deposit, they start communicating with customers however they feel like — complete disrespect.
I strongly do not recommend it, especially if you are ordering something.
If the item is in stock, it might be somewhat okay, but otherwise this is simply a terrible store with extremely poor service.
