I bought a t-shirt today for 80 euros. Then I continued shopping at Plaza and Zara, and bought a similar one for 20 euros, and it actually fits me better. I went to exchange it, but they wouldn't give me a refund. Honestly, it's the first time a store has refused to give me a refund. They gave me a gift receipt.
I filed a complaint because the service wasn't good either. The guy took it badly, and I don't understand why. We can disagree, and that's fine. I lost 80 euros on a receipt that I'll either forget or lose, and I'm not upset. I just don't understand his attitude. I have to say, though, that it was this particular guy. I've been shopping at this store for a while, and the other staff are very friendly.
And honestly, they've lost a customer. I've been buying from this brand for years, ever since they were in the outlet section, even though they weren't owned by the same people. But with these conditions, I'm not convinced about buying. I mean, they won't give me a refund, and on top of that, they're the ones who complain? If they do, it's legal, but it's the only store that doesn't offer refunds.
