My wife and I had been property hunting in the hills around Málaga for a couple of years and saw a listing via April-e Real Estate and this is how we met Mark Orr.

The listing came out on a Friday and we flew from England to Malaga on the Monday, ready for a viewing bright and breezy Tuesday morning. (Monday having been a Bank Holiday in Spain). Mark had already been in contact to explain where the property was, as it was in the Campo, so not easy to find and a time. We arrived early and Mark was already there. We were impressed, definitely a good start. Mark was the consummate professional from start to finish in our property purchase. We had viewed quite a few properties over the last two years, with several different companies, but nobody had a 'Mark'. He was a pleasure to work with. Having Mark speak both English and Spanish was a godsend as we traversed our way through the complexities of Spanish property buying. Nothing was too much trouble for him. His communication was excellent, with prompt responses whenever we contacted him. Even after our purchase, Mark has been willing to contact the previous owners and clarify details of the property for us.
