Great service. They deliver when they say they are going to and if we ever need an "emergency delivery" its usually arrives the next day. The water is good quality and the dispenser works great both chilling and heating the water. Highly recommend

Poor communication, the first delivery with machine was great and then the driver started saying he couldn't deliver but I still was charged. Suddenly I had a huge balance of bottles owed and paid for and when they finally got a driver to deliver, I had paid for a lot of bottles which are in the ether. Supposedly they include a cleaning kit every 6 months. I had to request if after a year and was charged 13 euros. I was duped into thinking this was better water with less plastic, when the plastic is just as bad as grocery store bottles.

I’m very disappointed with Aquaservice. When we signed the contract, they brought the water the same day, but after that, no new deliveries were made. They just keep sending invoices without delivering the water. It feels like a scam.

For three days in a row, they told us someone would come, but nobody showed up. I’ve tried to cancel the subscription, but no one responds to my requests. Extremely bad service! Avoid this company!
