Esencia Water

A little late to post, but LOVE LOVE our Esencia water system. Juan Antonio was our fantastic sales person. He answered our many questions and was a pleasure to deal with…knowledgeable, professional, respectful! Highly recommend. Within a day we decided to proceed and Juan coordinated the install with the tech team. Tech person -Wences (sp?) did an excellent job installing (hole in granite), for separate grifo, etc. so glad we did this…no more plastic filters, water tastes WONDERFUL!

We are thrilled with our new water purifier Pureza Direct. It is a compact machine with a minimalist design. It fits perfectly in the cabinet under the kitchen sink and there is plenty of storage space. Using this system is like giving a gift to our environment. No more plastic bottles, pure water without sediments or debris. I highly recommend to speak to Silvia Fernandez, representative of this company, she is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. She is always available to answer your questions. In conclusion, the system, the company behind the product and their representatives will not disappoint.

I honestly wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. First of all, they came to do the annual service they'd been doing for the past five years. The technician came, charged me €100, and supposedly performed a service. Then, a month later, the machine started malfunctioning. I received a €200 bill for a water leak, and when I called Puridad, they told me a part needed replacing. So what service did they actually do? They didn't even take the machine away, even though they initially said they would. I repeat, don't use this service; it's a disgrace.

It's a scam, and they almost pulled one over on us... For less than €300 you can install a reverse osmosis system that does the same job, but they sell it at a ridiculously high price, and there's no free installation... you end up paying for it in those €100 annual maintenance fees. Keep your eyes peeled... they put a lot of pressure on you, and when you say no, they're incredibly rude.
