Astrid bakery - Panaderia y pasteleria ecológica en Málaga

Wonderful ecological bakery with super fresh produce. Our accommodation was 2 mins away and we visited this amazing place 4 times during our holiday. Every time we were served by the kindest lady who even tried her best to speak English with us non-Spanish speaking tourists! She definitely is a huge asset to this place as it’s quite rare nowadays to find such a warm and sweet person!

I think maybe I got lucky because it was quite late - I ordered 1 portion of carrot cake & when I got home I had to cut it into 3 MASSIVE slices 🤣 not bad for €4.

Very tasty! We stopped every morning for a very vegan scone and cheese regular scones. The owner was very friendly and it’s well worth stopping she does sandwiches as well as pastries and coffee to takeaway.

What a beautiful,tiny place in Malaga. The two ladies- sisters - are so lovely ,it's just a pleasure to go there and have a small chat with them.
The bread ,rolls, sweets are soooo amazing. I am happy to pay a bit more for such great quality. Everything I've tried from "Astrid bakery " made me feel like I was in heaven. I could eat their bread every day - it's so outstanding.

do yourself a favor and go to this bakery; you deserve it.

the owners are sisters and they are the absolute sweetest. i asked about a sandwich topping (that i often don't like) and she explains what it was and i hesitantly said yes put it on and a minute later she came out with a tiny sample of the sauce to try so i could be sue i liked it 💜 really care about their craft and people.

tiny (though there is one bench outside), hidden along a narrow back street in malaga - it's perfect to sit on the bench with your coffee and baked good and watch the world go by. otherwise, bring to the nearby park or wherever you'd like!

the breads are incredible. the sandwiches (with vegetarian option!) are amazing (and huge). the lemon tart was so unreal i want to cry just thinking about it.
