Worst public transport we've ever experienced!!!! We waited 1.5 hours and the bus never showed up, neither 70 nor 79!! Drivers drive however they want!!

I liked the bus ride and it is easy to get to the airport. However, one thing I didn't like was that I had to pay for a ticket for a 13 month old baby. A full paid seat and then we never used this paid seat since a baby can't sit alone. In addition, the tickets always had different prices in 4 trips we took. This is obviously absurd. Terrible ticket sales staff. Be careful tourists!

In our case, everything was absolutely perfect! All departures and arrivals on time. Lots of connections during the day and places to reach. Really very satisfied... and these views during the trip! Great!

Most of drivers don't really consider timetables (some buses arrive even before the scheduled time, some others have always delays), some of them (particularly the youngest ones) are arrogant, unpolite and totally unprofessional with customers/users. The app of the company has many mistakes: for instance, if you follow the timing of the urban lines on the app, it's 100% sure you'll miss it. The website has many issues in the booking process and it's often not so updated as well. Except of the recently renovated renovated, the quality of the service is really low.
