Things started off normal, we asked about their dry aged steaks that you can see when you walk-in and they suggested it was good so we ordered one (6.80 € / 100g) and they shared that it’ll be anywhere from 800g - 1000g, which was no problem. The steak came out under seasoned, but again no problem since we just asked for extra chimichurri. However, by the time we got to the 3rd/4th slice it was super tough, but decided to try different areas of the steak. Every piece was somehow tougher than the previous. We let the staff know and they said they would inquire with the kitchen cook and then this is where I have the issue. They said they would come back, then the other server brought another server which all said they would come back… and nobody did. When we asked for the bill they asked us and again nobody came to help. The solution would’ve been to just offer a more tender piece of steak that was edible. Instead they chose to ignore us and offer a slight discount (10%). I had to take my family to another restaurant to eat a second dinner. Ridiculous.

Absolutely awesome. hidden gem. Had an amazing t-bone steak, delicious blue cheese sauce, and crispy authentic potato fries and a very tasty bottle of red. Very well priced for the quality. Great service, great ambience, great background chillout music. Overall, just great.

Thoroughly excellent experience at the BBQ-Grill. We were in the mood for steak and the fillet was cooked to perfection. Restaurant was cosy and warm and service friendly and attentive. We will be back!

Found this gem by coincidence because it didn't show on my Google map for good food. I must say the meat in Spain is very good and this restaurant not only provided a good tender fillet but nicely cooked for a medium rare. I am very pleased with the food, coffee and scrumptious dessert with chocolate!
