Calzedonia

It was a cloudy day so I took the bus to Malaga. I got off the bus a little early but so glad because of the shopping mall in Malaga. Popped into this store as just love the tights and socks extremely lovely choice. I've previously bought leggings in another Calzedonia stores - so I absolutely know and have experience in the quality of their garments. Today I just purchased two pairs of sparkly socks mainly because they had one pair of each left. Diamante ankle socks are so beautiful. Lovely Christmas gift for yourself or a friend. So reasonably priced they are a steel on other makes. Some sock sizes can run small.

I usually buy my summer bikinis at Calzedonia. This summer I bought the bikini bottoms in the attached photo, from the new collection. To my surprise, on the first swim, sand got inside the bikini, and because of the color, it looks awful with the sand inside; it lost all its shine. I went to the store, and they took photos of the bottoms and told me they had to consult with the manager and would call me back shortly. More than two weeks later, without any response, I contacted the store by phone, and they told me that the manager was on vacation and that her replacement couldn't take responsibility. But then the sales assistant told me that she had spoken with the manager, who said they wouldn't replace the bottoms or refund my money because it was due to misuse; that I should be careful when swimming and not get sand on me. So I ask myself, what am I supposed to do with a bikini then? Is it just for show? Terrible service and terrible resolution. I will no longer buy from Calzedonia after so many years as a customer.

I should have read the bad reviews before buying here. I'm terribly disappointed. The quality is awful, and the customer service is terrible. I bought pantyhose, and one pair (the most expensive one) arrived ripped. The second pair was damaged by the friction of my leather boots the first and only time I wore them. I bought about five pairs. Obviously, after those two, I threw them all away without a second thought. I filed a complaint, and they blamed me, because according to them, the terrible quality isn't their problem. I will never buy from this brand again when I come to Europe. And neither will my friends and acquaintances.

This is the third time you've parked your car in the motorcycle-only area. Can't you park it in the parking lot? If customers can park it, so can you!

Don't let them refund your money to the original price!!!
