Small store, pretty compact but there were a ton of options, and lots of sales. Sales associate was very helpful with options and offering different options. My suggestion is if you're not knowledgeable about what they have to offer a go see samples there and then make your orders online.

Very disappointed. I bought a duvet that cost €49.99, and then I saw a cheaper option on the Tramas website, so I bought that one. I went to exchange the other one, and the store told me they wouldn't give me a refund, only a voucher. I asked the sales assistant where it said that, and she showed me a sign with tiny print that said I could only exchange it for another item or a voucher. They should make this kind of thing clear before you buy. Furthermore, I'm still waiting for my in-store pickup order that I placed on January 27th, which was supposed to take 24 to 48 hours. I won't be buying from them again.
