One of the worst cafeteria! We came here eith family and freind on same days and wait there sround 20 min and no boday look at us ! However i raised my hands and went to cash abd told woman there , i have order but she just said take your sit and he will come!! Unfortunetly we left there without any serving but we had one little boy and he wants icecream , we wait someone to give us just one icecream again waiting 10 min just for icecream !! One eiman was making strawbery with schoco and another woman working on cash section ! I dont know how this system is working but costomers are one if the most important thingg in cafeteria side of products and menu...

It's contaminated. That's what staff there told me when I asked which Ice cream flavours were gluten (wheat / cereals) free, and refused me service.

I wasn't asking for lactose / milk free ice cream. Most ice cream doesn't contain wheat or cereals AND IS GLUTEN FREE.

Allergy information exists so customers with allergies can make choices, not to exclude us.

As this business can't serve a mainly Gluten Free food to a customer who can't eat gluten- it should be closed.

What a bunch of thieves! 3.5 for a Puleva milkshake. When I sat down, I ordered and checked the reviews, and I saw they were all negative. I wanted to get up, but I'd already ordered. When I asked for the bill, they charged me 3.5 for a Puleva milkshake, a price that wasn't on the menu. When I told the manager and showed him the Google reviews, he said he didn't care. Places like this should be banned.

The waitress was incredibly rude; she wouldn't even look at us when she spoke. When we went to order, she told us they only served drinks because of the time, even though they still had two hours until closing.

Terrible customer service.

The service was very disappointing. We waited 45 minutes to receive only part of our order, which wasn't exactly what we ordered. The ice creams were served with forks instead of spoons. The first latte arrived after half an hour, but by the time the second one came, the first was already cold. Other customers around us were also expressing their dissatisfaction due to repeated order errors.

In short, the overall experience was very disappointing in just one hour. Avoid at all costs! 😡
