Was this the best food we had on our trip? No. Overall, it was good, but if you're waiting for longer than 5 minutes for a table, don't do it as there isn't anything particularly special here beyond some influencer hype. If you do get a table, you'll be delighted with a breadth of both classic Andalusian and experimental fusion tapas that'll easily feel more like a full dinner than aperitivo

Casa Lola completely lives up to the hype. If you're looking for delicious pintxos in Málaga, this is an absolute must-visit.

We ordered five different pintxos, and every single one was excellent. The seafood tasted incredibly fresh, each bite was full of flavor, and the portions were more generous than expected. The pintxos aren't tiny, so you can comfortably try a variety without feeling like you're only getting a single bite each time. Considering the quality, the prices were also very reasonable.

The service throughout the meal was friendly and efficient. The only small downside was that once we asked for the bill, it took quite a while to arrive. It wasn't a huge issue, but it was the only part of the experience that felt slower than it should have been.

Overall, Casa Lola delivers exactly what it promises: fantastic food, fresh ingredients, fair prices, and a lively atmosphere. I'd happily return on my next visit to Málaga and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a great tapas and pintxos experience.

OMG, this was my first time in Málaga and I was looking for something traditional to eat when I stumbled upon this place just by walking by. Even though I’m fluent in Spanish, I still didn’t understand a good portion of the menu lol, so I asked the server for recommendations and wow!

The portions were generous, the prices were cheaper than I expected, and the food was really good.

I honestly wanted to try more dishes after seeing what other tables ordered, but I was already completely full. Definitely a spot I’d come back to!

I really don’t get the hype. This was our worst dining experience in 3 days of eating out in Malaga. We didn’t wait too long to be seated at the bar, but it was a big issue when we moved to a table that opened up right next to us while we were still waiting for our order to be taken. Ended up waiting about 15 minutes until someone took our order. Drinks were served by someone who just dumped them on the table with a bang. Food came quickly but was not even close to anything else we have tasted at other nearby places. Bravas sauce tasted like it was made in a rush. Beef was over cooked. The only good thing we had was the iberco ham which was delicious. The place was so noisy you couldn’t even think straight. Staff were rude. So disappointed as this place was recommended to me. Would not recommend or go back.

Super yummy Spanish food! Three of us ordered 5 items and shared them and it was more than enough. The Grilled mushrooms with prawns and Iberian ham was AMAZING! At least 3 types of mushrooms. The Lola Special pinchos was perfect, as well as the Grilled Loin with Brie and caramelized onions and Dona Mariquita. The skewered prawns were delicious with an amazing sauce. Highly recommend!

Have been many times, worth the wait in the queue!

Casa Lola has my favourite tapas (called a finger floor sucker!), plus their Casa Lola broken eggs is delicious too.

There is sometimes a long queue but it's worth the wait. Make sure you go to the staff by the door to let them know you want a table! Otherwise you'll be waiting only to be told you needed to tell them you want to book.. and then you'll have to go to the back of the queue :D
