I experienced aggression for the first time at Plaza Mayor. Yes, we came late, about 30 minutes before closing, so I found the correct size myself and we started trying sandals on for my child. The shoe box was on the table when suddenly a sales assistant approached, grabbed the box, and threw it onto the bench in an aggressive manner, saying that the box should not be on the table but on the bench instead.
The blonde sales assistant clearly hates her job. She was acting so pathetic and rude. When I decided to complain, the manager responded: “What kind of service did you expect? This is an outlet.” That response made the whole situation even worse and was extremely disrespectful

I had one of the most uncomfortable and genuinely upsetting shopping experiences of my life at this store. I walked in simply looking for a pair of shoes. While I was calmly trying them on, one of the employees—a tall, slim blonde woman—was behaving in a very unprofessional and unsettling manner. She was grumbling loudly, making strange facial expressions, and aggressively throwing shoe boxes around in a chaotic way. It immediately created a tense and uncomfortable atmosphere. Despite this, I tried to ignore her behavior and continued trying on the shoes. One pair didn't fit properly, so I went to look for a smaller size. When I returned, the same employee approached me in a very rude tone and incorrectly told me where the shoes were located. When I politely pointed out that the sections had actually been mixed up, apparently due to her own actions, her response was shocking. She made a disrespectful remark implying that "people like you" are the ones who mix things up. I found this comment deeply offensive and discriminatory. At that point, I felt so uncomfortable that I decided to leave immediately. However, when we tried to exit, we found the door closed. As I reached to open it, the same employee started shouting aggressively at us, saying, "Don't touch anything! Don't touch the door!" The entire situation was humiliating and genuinely distressing.This experience was not only extremely unprofessional but also felt hostile and discriminatory. No customer should ever be treated with such disrespect. I sincerely hope management investigates this incident and ensures that all customers are treated with dignity and respect, regardless of where they come from.

I bought some shoes at this Clarks store during my visit to Malaga, and the experience was exceptional. I was very impressed by the professionalism, friendliness, and attitude of the entire team. They always served customers with a smile, patience, and great attention to detail, making you feel truly welcome.
