I find it very unfair that people only talk about it when someone doesn't get their way and makes everyone else look bad. Therefore, I'm sharing my wonderful experience and will definitely return. They have fantastic staff.

I'm within the return period, and they demand the physical receipt, but I have the electronic transaction from my bank. I told them they could check their system and reprint a copy, and they said they don't keep records of their sales. Can you imagine? I asked for a complaint form, and they refused to give it to me. The after-sales service was a complete disaster.
