Clínica Dental Naturadent

A great dental clinic not far away from central Málaga. Excellent customer service, no waiting time and very reasonable prices. Went to see the hygienist today and she did a great job. Highly recommended.

Before entrusting your child's dental care to this clinic, read my review. We flew to this clinic specifically to treat my 5-year-old daughter's teeth. My goal was for the first treatment to be as gentle as possible, avoiding any force. I wanted her to have a positive experience so she wouldn't be afraid of dental visits in the future.

To keep the review short, I'll summarize:
1. The playroom is VERY dirty: hair, filthy toys, dirty and scratched floor.
2. Out of 5 visits, we waited over an hour each time despite arriving at the scheduled time. It's horrible to lose more than 5 hours. They say: "These are kids, anything can happen..." Yes, it can! And this should be planned and appointments should be scheduled with proper intervals!
3. THE WORST: The doctor didn't offer anesthesia, even though the problem was severe! The doctor should take this into account! My daughter cried, they forbade her to cry, and asked me to hold her!
4. They were in a hurry.
5. For subsequent treatments, I asked for anesthesia, but since they were rushing and didn't wait for it to take effect, they administered a huge dose for a 5-year-old child!
6. While we were there, people came to the clinic with the police to sort things out. Think about it...
7. When we got home, she DEVELOPED AN INFECTION in the tooth we had treated just a week ago! We were on painkillers for three days and ended up needing emergency care. All the treated teeth need to be re-treated! Inflammation in two places, they said to take antibiotics… Out of 4 treated teeth, only 1 is fine. The filling fell out from the bottom tooth, and there's inflammation at the top!

I contacted the clinic, and all my messages were ignored!! They even provide a guarantee. Think a thousand times before taking your child to this clinic! The worst experience guaranteed. Besides, we spent money on flights and accommodation.

We were treated at the Naturadent clinic at a different address. but the leadership is the same. Therefore, I think it is right to left review here .

Finally a reliable dentist in Malaga, I went in for a routine cleaning and x-rays and the service was exceptional. Best cleaning I’ve gotten in Spain.
