I had an amazing stay at Coeo Pod Hostel. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. What makes this hostel truly special is its warm and family-like atmosphere. It's easy to meet people, and the entire place feels friendly, relaxed, and inclusive.

The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day. Another highlight was the staff — everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their positive attitude made a huge difference and contributed greatly to the overall experience.

The hostel is well-organized, clean, and creates a sense of community that is hard to find elsewhere. I genuinely enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Málaga. Thank you to the whole team for making my stay so memorable. I will definitely come back! 😊

Me and my friend had such an amazing experience at this Hostal in Malaga! We are studying abroad in Spain and were here for the weekend. Great price and the location is prime- in the middle of everything but the rooms are quiet. Although the girls and boys pods are all in the same larger room the pods have locked doors and there are separate bathrooms and two showers. Our room was clean and had towels. It was tight but it worked because it was a full bed. The bathrooms were cleaned everyday and they had shampoo in the showers. There was a lovely, cool common area where we did homework and chilled after we checked out. The staff was kind and helpful! Will definitely be coming back at some point! Also shot out to Los Tacos de Malaga! We ate twice during our stay and loved it both times. Great prices and very authentic.

This was my second time staying at a hostel from this group, and once again, it was a really good experience—though this location is a bit different from the others. Instead of traditional dorms, the setup is more like individual pod-style rooms, each with a bed and a small storage area for your belongings, which adds a nice level of privacy.

I stayed in a double room. The first room I had for two nights was a bit on the smaller side, so it was slightly tight when moving around. However, the shared shower facilities were excellent—clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly accessible. Even when the hostel was full, I never had to wait to use them.

For the last night, we switched to a room with a window, and that made a noticeable difference. It was more spacious and felt more comfortable overall, so I’d definitely recommend booking a room with a window if possible.

The common areas were great, with a relaxed space to sit and hang out. They also offered nice extras like complimentary coffee, tea, and even sangria, plus organized activities, which added to the social atmosphere.

The staff were fantastic—friendly, helpful, and consistent with the great service I experienced at their other location. It seems like the team rotates between hostels, which helps maintain that same positive vibe.

Overall, a very enjoyable stay with a unique setup that’s perfect if you want a bit more privacy than a typical hostel.

Amazing hostel! I would come back for sure!

You have your own private space but at the same time the vibes of hostel, organizing activities on the daily basis so its easy to meet people!

Its not a typical party hostel, but its even better so you can also chill in the lounge, read or have a complimentary tea/coffee.

The team is so friendly and attentive, they share so much info about Malaga, special thank you to Irene for good tips and activities!

Recommend for everyone travels to Malaga!

First time for everything apparently and first time I've stayed in a pod hostel. What a great surprise though, from the initial excellent welcome and service, clean space. Size was perfect as it gave me an excuse not to move much, just recline in the bed and chill. Biggest bonus however was it was quiet. Had a great nice sleep . Excellent shower too.
