Honestly, the service and attention were excellent, with a few exceptions. Two of the fitting rooms were being used as storage and weren't operational. The one I had to use was littered with papers and plastic on the floor. You expect attention to detail in this type of store.

The cashier was the worst! I made a return and they didn't have any physical cards to process the refund. They told me they'd issue it to a virtual card that would be sent to my email. I checked, and when I didn't see anything, I asked her to double-check that she'd entered my email address correctly. She said it would take a few minutes... 20 minutes passed and nothing! Then I asked for a receipt, and she said she didn't have anything to give me. Luckily, when I insisted, my colleague told her she should give it to me just in case something happened... And sure enough! Something did happen! I never received the email with my refund card for the amount of my refund. I went back to complain, they took all my information, and told me they'd call me the next day. That day has come and gone, and I still haven't heard back. I've been calling all afternoon, and nobody answers. I feel ripped off!
