I recently purchased a foundation from this store for €14. At first glance, the packaging seemed secure as it was sealed with clear adhesive tape, leading me to believe it was factory-sealed or extra-protected.

Unfortunately, upon opening it at home, I realized the product had already been used. The surface of the foundation was smudged, and the applicator sponge was completely dirty.

While I acknowledge that I should have inspected the seal more closely in the store, it is unacceptable that a used item was resealed with tape and put back on the shelf. This gives the impression that the product is new when it is clearly not.

Since the return trip would cost me an additional €10 in train fares, I have decided not to exchange it, but this was essentially €14 thrown out the window.

I strongly urge the management to improve their quality control and ensure that tampered or used products are removed from the shelves immediately to prevent this from happening to other customers.

to the other girls,

but one named Rocío if I'm not mistaken with glasses, how can she work there? All the others are charming and when I approach her she doesn't help me, she just says monosyllables
I don't think that woman likes working there,
She has a black cloud over her head, I don't like her….
