El Cortijo de los Caballos… wow!!!

This venue is absolutely stunning, it was absolutely perfect, a large space with loads of areas to it, a huge pool, great outdoor dining, bbq, bars, jacuzzi, you name it , it had it. The venue has a wow factor from the minute you walk through the door. The rooms are brilliant and of good size to make for a comfy stay for your guests.

Peggy was great in communicating and confirming details with us. Her close relationship with Sana catering is absolutely fantastic and there is complete trust there.

Sonia and I’m struggling to remember the other names of the gardeners and caretakers who keep the place running and so beautiful are fantastic.

Location is brilliant, 5/10 car journey to the coast, 3 mins to mercadona and plenty of things local. Loads of parking at the venue and Ubers are easy from there also. For a destination wedding this place couldn’t be more perfect!

My husband and I celebrated our wedding here at the beginning of May and spent 3 incredible days at this venue with our nearest and dearest. We cannot begin to explain how wonderful our experience was, thanks to Peggy and her team, from on-site groundskeepers, to breakfast catering, and even the guys who provided our airport transfers. The wedding planners and caterers are also completely brilliant, Sana Catering. We had so many compliments on everything from the service, to the drinks, and of course the unbelievable quality of the food.

The owner of the venue, Peggy, was so relaxed throughout our wedding planning process from the minute we first made contact, and was always so kind. She made sure all of our guests knew where to find everything once we arrived. The grounds themselves are immaculate - if you think the pictures look good online, it’s even better in real life. We couldn’t recommend El Cortijo MORE if we tried, it’s a truly special place and there really was nothing that could have been better. Thank you Peggy, from the bottom of our hearts!

What a place! Had the pleasure of staying at the beeeautiful Cortijos and Casa Grande for a week, celebrating our wedding with family and friends. We have had the time of our life! The whole place is stunning, with unique small apartments, lush surroundings and a large, amazing pool. It’s also very kid-friendly. It was the perfect place for our wedding and family/friends holiday. Already longing back! Peggy is amazing and the communication was great. Also had the pleasure to have Sonia around, always smiling and very helpful. Sonia also made breakfast for all of us, and 55 pizzas for our welcome party and they tasted delicious. Definitely recommend this place, it’s a 10/10! Thank you so much for having us.

We attended a wedding at El Cortijo De Las Caballos, and stayed as a family group in Casa Grande.
The venue is amazing. The grounds and gardens are beautifully maintained, the swimming pool and main courtyard entertaining space especially.
All the professionals involved in ensuring the wedding was as wonderful as it was were fantastic.
The food was excellent and the caterers were very good. Especially Ruth who worked tirelessly to make sure that everything was as good as it could be. She gave particular attention to guests who needed it. For example, one guest had a breast feeding baby and is also vegetarian so Ruth kept her food separate and only served it when the guest was free to eat it. All the catering staff were friendly, cheerful and worked very hard for the whole day.

We have just spent 3 amazing days here celebrating our daughter’s wedding. The location was perfect for the occasion. Peggy and the whole team offered outstanding service throughout our stay. All the catering was provided by ‘Sana’ and we couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Everything was freshly prepared, beautifully presented and very tasty.
All in all, a memorable experience for all who were there. Thanks again for everything.
