I give 4 stars because they were not unfriendly but one girl doesn't speak English, other girl was busy with her phone. If I had money I buy a blouse. But is it not logical to spend your money where sales girls ask questions? Like today morning at the phone case store. They even sold me a new protective foil.

429 total reviewsI have emailed twice to ask some questions about my online order and no answer. I have phoned the Whatsapp number on two occasions during open hours and nobody answers. I texted that number to see if anyone was there and got a response asking me to text my questions, so I did. That was a week ago and still no answer. I can't trust that if I make an order, it will be sent. Such a shame as I really wanted to buy a number of items from this store.
The sellers in the store are not really attentive to customers, you need to fine some one and ask each time you neex help with size or model.
I have,previously,bought shoes from this shop and that experience was not too bad but today I wanted a dance skirt and a blouse and was virtually ignored.In the end ,I walked out,extremely disappointed.
Great value for money. Very small shop but with lots of clothes, accesories. Staff knows how to help you.
