We had such a lovely stay, and a big part of that was down to the entertainment team. They were genuinely so friendly and always made the effort to include everyone, which really didn’t go unnoticed. Chus and David in particular were amazing, full of energy from morning to night, always smiling, and you could tell they really care about making sure people are having a good time. They never seemed to stop!

We were all inclusive, which definitely made things easier, and it was great that the branded drinks were included, a really nice touch and much better than what you sometimes expect. The help-yourself drinks on tap were also really convenient, especially during the day when you could just grab something without waiting.

The food was also really good, with plenty of choice each day, so there was always something to look forward to. The splash bar snacks were a highlight too, always topped up and really tasty throughout the day, which was perfect when you just wanted something quick between meals.

We stayed on the Marbella side and had an amazing side sea view, which really made the stay feel that bit more special. The rooms were kept nice and clean, which just added to the comfort.

All in all, it just felt like a really easy, enjoyable holiday thanks to the people there.

The location is excellent, checking in was quick and easy, the room was very clean.
The variety and quality of the food is probably the best I have ever had at an all-inclusive hotel.
Bar staff are super friendly and super efficient.
I did have a small problem with Jet 2's all-inclusive plus drinks option which was quickly resolved by Jet 2's rep, Julia and the hotels Manager, Juan.
If this Hotel is on your shortlist when looking at accommodation in this area, put it at your top, you will not be dissappointed.

Came back from here in April, what a wonderful week. This was our fourth or fifth visit to this hotel, been that many times, I've lost count. We absolutely love this hotel and it's like our second home. The facilities, the location, the food, everything is top notch. The staff at this hotel are amazing and so friendly. Most of the bar and restaurant staff know us immediately upon arrival and always greet us with a smile. I have and would definitely recommend this hotel and can't wait to return again.

Absolutely fantastic hotel! Everything was spotless — from the rooms to the dining areas, bars, and poolside. We chose the all-inclusive option, and the food exceeded expectations: amazing quality with a huge variety available every night.

The drinks were excellent, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, which really added to the experience. The gym was also a big highlight — well-equipped with plenty of machines and weights for a proper workout, unlike some hotels where the “gym” is just a treadmill and not much else.

The location is great too. The views from the balcony were stunning, and it’s only about a 30-minute walk into Benalmádena. Getting to Málaga is also very easy, with convenient bus connections nearby.

If you’re looking for great value, fantastic food, and a reliable, relaxing getaway, this hotel is an excellent choice.

Hotel facilities were great. Nice pools, great selection of food, nice in general until you get to the rooms ! We paid to upgrade to a junior suite sea view, we had top floor (sounds great) on the side at the furthest forward room overlooking some of the sea and the town and road, (just below was roadworks which can't hold the hotel responsible) room it's self was very disappointing damp patches in the ceiling above the bed walls blistered with damp patches. I'm sure it's just start of the season and rooms haven't got round to being prepped just yet, we spoke to reception about a change of room and was told hotel was fully booked and no other rooms available, we did however get the hottest week of the year (so far) and no air con the sun was on the 2 balcony doors from 8.30am till around 1 pm and room was absolutely scorching 🥵 maybe the air con can be accessable all year round if required as I know it don't get turned on till later in the year.
