I had an excellent experience in the Pilates class. The atmosphere is very pleasant and relaxing, ideal for concentrating on the practice. The instructor explains each exercise clearly, corrects postures, and ensures that everyone works safely and effectively. I felt my posture, flexibility, and body control improve from the very first session. Without a doubt, this is a highly recommended activity for taking care of both body and mind.
