This specializes in children's shoes, good quality footwear for tots to teens. It is quite pricey because of the quality, but they have some delightful designs.

There are several specialist children's footwear retailers in the town. this is the oldest-established one. I do wonder if they can all survive . . .

The quality of service may decide the issue. Here they are helpful, so it may swing the issue.

Great experience and helpful staff

A very brief note: I really like this salesperson and their customer service. This is the second time I've bought shoes for my child here, and the prices are always very good and the service is efficient. Thank you very much.

Terrible service!
They have good products, but the customer service was awful. The man in the store is very rude, and reading the reviews, I'm not the only one who feels this way. I bought a pair of shoes because I thought there wasn't another store like it, but then I saw that there was. You're better off going to Pequepie a few meters away; the lady there is very friendly, and they have the same products. Last time I buy anything at this store!!

Be careful when buying from this store. We bought some soft children's shoes for €49.90, and after only 20 days and minimal use, part of the sole started to peel off. They were a size 23, for an 18-month-old baby. When my wife took them back, one of the owners told us they wouldn't exchange or refund the shoes. He said we had to send them to the manufacturer, and if the manufacturer didn't take responsibility for the defect, they, as the store, weren't going to lose money. Basically, that was our problem, and the guarantee they offer after 20 days is to send the product to the manufacturer hoping they'll take responsibility. If the manufacturer doesn't take responsibility, neither does the store, and the customer loses their money.
It's no wonder many local shops go under if this is the response and guarantee they offer. Such a lack of professionalism and responsibility in sales and after-sales service.
