Visited this Five Guys quite late in the evening around 10:00 to 10:30pm, and it was still really busy, which shows how popular it is. It’s located on the main road alongside a strip of other fast food places like Burger King, so it’s easy to find and convenient if you’re in the area.

The downstairs section is quite small, and there are only two self service ordering machines, so there was a bit of a queue when we arrived. There are tills available to order from as well, but the staff were clearly very busy preparing orders because of how crowded it was.

Despite the rush, the staff handled everything well and the food was made nicely. The quality was exactly what you’d expect from Five Guys anywhere else, including branches in other countries, which is always a good sign for consistency.

The upstairs seating area was a pleasant surprise as it was clean, tidy, and gave a bit more space away from the busy ordering area downstairs.

Overall, a solid experience with good food, hardworking staff, and clean seating areas. The only downside was the wait for the ordering machines due to how busy it was, but otherwise a good visit.

I had a great experience today at Five Guys.
Even though the restaurant was very busy, the staff were smiling, positive, and respectful, which honestly made a big difference.

I was sitting on the first floor, and there was a young man working very hard cleaning the area constantly. What really stood out to me was that he was smiling at everyone and seemed genuinely happy and appreciative of his job, not just doing his duties. Employees like him truly deserve recognition because it’s rare to see someone bring that kind of positive energy and dedication to their workplace.

This was a very disappointing experience. I generally really like Five Guys, but this branch in Málaga is a big letdown. We came right after opening, yet the floor was still dirty. The burger bun was literally cold, the cheese wasn’t melted, the tomato was tasteless, and the whole burger was very bland. I didn’t even finish it. I don’t recommend coming here.

Hey , I’m telling you guys , this is the best burger in the town, go the bacon cheeseburger, was amazing, the fact that you can add whatever you want with free different ingredients and sauces.
Wow, ate two burgers and so damn satisfied.
Recommending it so much , hopefully, hopefully and hopefully it stays same quality!!!!!!

Was not bad but very slow. Had to ask for my beer. Once sorted out I enjoyed it
