TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Absolutely DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. We texted multiple times telling them we were coming in late and they gave our room away. Told us a famous person booked it. Absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT GO HERE COMPLETLELY UNPROFESSIONAL! I actually can’t believe this happened to overbook a room and not tell us until today.

Edit: a room opened up at 5:30 am and they offered to give it us and use it. Had to pay full price for the room to use it for 6 hours. After they told us they gave away our room to a famous lady who needed capsules. Which we paid because we were so tired. Check out is at 12; however they started cleaning the rooms extremely loudly at around 10 which makes no sense when there are signs all over the room telling people to be quiet.

The most unprofessional place I have ever been to. In my three years of traveling. There are many other places to stay just stay there and avoid problems.

I recently stayed at Futurotel Malaga with my sister, and we had a great experience. The place was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The location is excellent—right in the center, within walking distance of the beach, and very close to both the train and bus stations, which makes it easy to explore areas outside Málaga.
We also liked the convenience of being able to bring our own food and store it in the fridge. There are vending machines inside the hotel where you can buy snacks, coffee, and other items, which is very handy. The hotel has many useful facilities, making the stay even more comfortable.
The room temperature was perfect. We visited in April, and it was pleasantly cooler inside than outside. I imagine this will be especially nice during the summer months as well.
Overall, I would absolutely recommend this place and would definitely stay here again—either in Málaga or at one of their other locations.

Helpful staff that work around the clock keeping the place clean and tidy. Affordable comfortable and clean. All different people stay from around the world. All different ages. I enjoyed my stay. I would definitely come back. Loved the space future theme. There is a pharmacy nearby and a carrefour so you can get you jamon and bread fruit etc and eat in the communal area.

Great place to stay! The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The room was modern and well equipped, and the overall atmosphere was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you to the whole Futurotel team for the hospitality. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.

I was welcomed by Antonio who was welcoming and sooo helpful when I panicked about many things! I’ve since been to the toilet, tried my room button from within, had my own dinner ant a clean table and dining room, put the rest of my food in the fridge and about to look at a book I picked up from the shelf! My only query is that the taxi bringing me to it said it was cheap at €33 when I paid €58!! I hope I’ll have a quiet night ! 😁
