Definitely more staff needed. Only one member of staff on! Had questions about a product that I was actually gonna buy for my son, but no one on the store floor to help me so I queued for the till, where the staff was... Waited in the long queue for like 15 or 20 mins, and eventually left, as did the man behind me. We both commented how could that poor guy be all alone? Pity to lose customers, I was going to spend at least €50. Should consider upping staff costs to maximise profit.

A nightmare with a PS5 controller. It's in its third year, I go to the store (12km away) and they tell me to call Sony. I call Sony and they tell me the third year of warranty is covered by the store. I go back to the store and they tell me no. They say I should file a complaint and request an expert assessment! Are you kidding me? An expert assessment that costs me €20? Who does that kind of assessment? Don't rip people off. You're a disgrace. Both women I spoke to, especially the second one, told me to contact Sony again.
They should fire you! I'll even give the owner of your franchise €10,000 if he fires you! Shameful!

And they don't answer the phone at all!

On January 19th, around 9 pm, I was served by a girl with glasses and black hair. Her service was awful; she was serious the entire time and took several minutes to attend to me because she was talking to her colleague. This isn't the first complaint I've heard about her, and my only reaction to her rude attitude was to leave my items and walk away without buying anything.

Three weeks ago, I ordered a game for home delivery. It was supposed to arrive within 24 hours, but after not hearing anything about my package, I went to the SEUR headquarters and they told me they had lost it. I went to my nearest Game store, and they couldn't give me any answers; they just said they would look into my case. A week later, I had to go back, and they still had no answers, and I still hadn't received my money or my order. I complained that if they had a problem with the delivery company they contract, they should resolve it internally, and the customer shouldn't have to pay for the incompetence of some of them. BUT I MUST EMPHASIZE THAT THE MOST INCREDIBLE THING IS THAT THEY STILL HAVEN'T PROVIDED ANY KIND OF SOLUTION.

The best store ever! Marina has been exceptionally helpful. We never have any problems buying, selling, or asking for information. I hope you never close after Eroski and Plaza Mayor. A huge thank you to Marina for the unbeatable service :)
