We went for lunch and ordered two burgers and some appetizers. From the moment we arrived, the experience was very positive. Irene was super friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit, which really made a difference. We got a table very quickly, and both the service and food arrived fast as well.

The burgers were tasty, the appetizers were good, and everything was served fresh and nicely presented. The atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable, making it a great place for a casual lunch. It’s always nice when both the food and the service are good, and this place definitely delivered on both.

A special thank you again to Irene for her kindness and great service. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of during the whole visit. We will definitely come back again another time and would recommend this place to others looking for a good lunch spot with friendly staff and quick service.

usually love Goiko in Madrid, but this branch was honestly terrible. I ordered the M30 burger with crunchy onions, and it was extremely dry, with no sauce and almost no flavor. When I arrived, the whole terrace area was full of trash and food leftovers, to the point that it looked like the place was closed.
What made it worse was that I found a bone inside the meat that almost broke my tooth. I told the waitress, and all I got was a simple apology, nothing more. The potatoes did not taste the same as usual, the bun felt dry and stale, and overall everything was tasteless and disappointing. I will not go back.

"Cheeseburger" 90% bread 10% meat.

Don't be mistaked, that chicken is not charcoal, it's just extremely fried and dry !

The staff was friendly though

I don’t know how others gave this place 5 stars. We walked in for a party of 12. There was only one other table of 2 before us. It was not busy at all. Our orders came out so slow and wrong.
I do not speak Spanish, but the server spoke little English. I wasn’t counting on him understanding me. So I took everyone’s order, wrote them down and then spoke with the waiter one on one. With each order I pointed to a photo and told him how many. I waited after each order for him to look up and nod to basically tell me “next”. After all our orders were placed I said 12 orders? And also said “doce total” and did a little pointing circle at our group.
It seemed like he understood. I mean we had 12 people.
Well after a much long wait and one by one, 8 orders came out. Then we asked what about the other orders. We told him what was missing, he went over his screen and finally 3 more orders came out. And after a few more minutes we asked again for the last missing order, which apparently was forgotten and not placed and so we waited. After a long wait we decided to cancel it.
We had 5 kids meal, each meal comes with drink, fries, and a dessert. He charged us for each drink and our dessert never came out.
The chicken sandwiches were good, although one felt theirs was undercooked and didn’t finish it.
The cheeseburgers were not good. The patties were half the size of the bun w barely any cheese.
The sides of fries that came with each meal was a small amount and cold.
$200 for 12 subpar burgers/meals. Definitely not worth it.
