Hammam Arganic Sabinillas

I went 2 times to this hamam, thw third time will only go when they make a compensation. The first time I went with 3 friends, hamam cold and not steam at all just 5-10%. Later the only rate i can give is for peeling ans even this is just soap and clean nothing wow.

The second time i went, i informed them please heat up the hamam so when we go we have heat directly they said ok we go and the hamam doesn't work at all they just lied on the phone. Sitting in a cold hamam for 35min and noting works the door doesn't close properly, air goes out and in.

İ really wanted to have more ceremonies i gave a second change but nothing at all. They even don't discount the hamam from the payment imagine you order coffee and you get a cup of no coffee and you don't pay. But definitely. İ attached a photo by WhatsApp they confirming it with an oK. But nothing comes back.

İt's a shame but i prefer to go to clean suanaa and hamam around marbella rather than to drive till there..

One of the worst spa experiences I've ever had. My boyfriend and I reserved a spot for the "Ruta de Bienestar SPA". Far from being a "spa" (just 20 minutes of sauna and a very light hydromassage tub offered, a pretty flat experience), we assumed the customary Arab wash with traditional soap was also included, given the name "hammam". It was not like that. We also thought the place was dirty: in the changing room shower, we discovered the previous customer's underwear, the bathrobes provided smelt bad and were stained (I can offer images), and the sauna mats were similarly filthy.
When we mentioned this to the receptionist, she apologized, saying that the employees had a difficult day and did not offer any form of discount or voucher to attempt to save our opinion. We won't be back again. €70 poorly spent.

Very relaxing 60 minutes experience, I would highly recommend if you need a detox and feel nice in winter month. Thank you

This is probably the 5th or 6th time I've been here, and every time, it's been amazing. The staff are friendly and wonderful at what they do. The installations are always spotlessly clean as well. I noticed one negative review, which blows my mind as I've never experienced anything other than 5 star service and cleanliness here. I noticed its the only bad review they have, which is also very telling. If I were you, I'd take that review with a pinch of salt and listen to this one instead!

What an amazing experience we had! We decided on a Sunday to get ourselves spoiled a bit. Very kind and attentive staff that know what they're doing. They guided us happily through all the stages (we went for one of the full experiences: sauna, body scrub, massage, manicure and pedicure etc) and we couldn't be happier with the attention and care we received.

Highly recommended, we're definitely going to come back.
