The friendliness and attentiveness of the reception staff are sorely lacking; their response to phone calls is simply to hang up on you without any further explanation. They should be sent to the unemployment line because there are surely people waiting there who are better off than those currently employed. They need to provide better oversight of their staff and ensure they perform their duties properly.

A quiet and welcoming place

For a day trip to Seville, exclusively for retirees, the Social Center opened this morning at 9:00 AM. By 8:00 AM, there were already four people waiting outside to register. We were calling out names to each other. More people gradually arrived.
When the Center opened, everyone who had been waiting rushed in, but thankfully, without pushing each other. Once in the courtyard, we organized ourselves by number, but when the registration room opened, some people tried to cut in line, and arguments started.
I understand that a travel agency is organizing the trip, but it's an activity run by the Senior Citizens Department of the Fuengirola City Council.
In this digital age, couldn't the Fuengirola City Council implement a numbered system upon arrival instead of creating the situation we experienced this morning?

A place that helps people of all kinds, it's very busy, especially with older people, although I've seen many Moroccans, Venezuelans, Spaniards, and people of color. I've seen them giving dance classes upstairs, and I've seen the older people dancing. You feel a really great atmosphere when you hear the music and see them dancing. The place is very beautiful; it's a large institution with green areas outside, and even before entering there's a children's park. People of different nationalities, colors, and religious beliefs come in, they lend a hand, and they inform them about things they can do to improve their well-being and quality of life. The institution is large, with two floors, a spacious central courtyard, and an administrative area where they attend to everyone.
