This is not a four star hotel, so don't expect it to be. It is, however, a good value for the money. The room was very clean and quiet. The staff were VERY helpful. The location is convenient (a bit of a hike from the train, but not bad.) I would stay again if only because it was not filled with rude, demanding tour groups.

Great location right in new town. I would definitely stay here again. Quiet, comfortable bed. A/C and heat.
The place was well located but the bathroom was a disaster.
No hot water the first morning. The shower doors were literally falling apart leaving water in the bathroom floor. No plug in the hand basin. No soap rack in shower and the shower head was loose causing the water to spray all over the ceiling and far wall when you bumped the shower mixer tap.
The reception area was good and the hotel was clean and felt secure
Well I think the receptionist lied to me cause I just had one showerdoor but it's clear that there should be two so one side was open and the whole floor was wet after every shower and he said this is normal... But the location is very good and just a couple of meters from the main road!
But I hoped I would get a new room with a fully functional shower for the 120 euros I paid for 3 nights...
This is really good quality for the price you are paying. The people at the reception are friendly, the room is nice the bed comfortable bathroom and room absolutely clean and cleaning staff are very friendly too. I can't find any faults and will stay here again if I come back to Ronda ( which is likely)
