Hotel Complejo Los Rosales

Very nice hotel. We were arriving at 2am and they took great trouble to make sure we could get in to the hotel and our room. Very clean room and bathroom, with toiletries. Comfortable beds. Balcony with lovely view over outdoor pool. Very friendly staff

Very nice hotel, we enjoyed it with my family very much. The staff is very nice and helpful. The food is also good.
Rooms are clean and very comfortable.

Beautiful, affordable hotel close to the airport, large room and bathroom, slept really well, huge swimming pool, terrace with viewings over the city and the airport. Discovered by chance after we had our flight cancelled, we had to rush late in the night to sleep somewhere and this was an incredibly good choice. We had no issues to check in late in the evening after 22.30, the reception was still running. Breakfast is until 11 am, with plenty of options, including scrambled eggs, sausages, ham, etc, pastry, croissants, muffins, variety of cereals, juices, milk, fresh and dried fruits, bread, coffee of all sorts, etc. We couldn't ask for more. At just 10 euros per person, it was perfect. They also have a bar that closes at midnight, with nice beer, cider and spirits assortment and nice atmosphere with dinner served up to 22.00 (we missed that one).
We really enjoyed our short stay and we'll definitely come again.
Oh, don't forget the parrot, he's brilliant and well behaved. 😊 We had a fun competition with him, he won it by far with his whistles and kisses 😊.

The position of the hotel is too far from everything, at least they have a nice view. At our arrival there were no one at the reception, so we get our key few hours later (good they are sending the code for access on your email). The room was clean, but the audibility of the rooms was bad… you can hear every word from the room near. And for the breakfast for 10€/person they should have added more options (at least eggs).

The staff were friendly and proficient in english, however be extremely careful staying here.

My wife and I encountered things that resembled bed bugs and which were on the mattress. We immediately left the hotel and informed the staff member on duty.

We will be spraying our luggage and washing all of our clothes with bleach and hot water. We have checked and everything looks okay, so it could just be a freak occurrence as well- not sure - but we were not staying around to find out.

They look and have the shape of bed bugs, too close for comfort from our perspective.
