Hotel Wellness Marbella Hills

We went as a family of 5 and had a double and triple room, both were comfortably large, clean and bright with mountain views. The views from the restaurant and terrace are equally impressive, and we really enjoyed being close to Marbella with a quiet base to return to. The buffet selection is quality over quantity, and that's how we prefer it. The chef had made homemade "manteca colorá" which was amazing. Going with kids, the indoor pool in the glass dome was perfect and available all day long (warmer in the afternoon than in the morning). We got a deal with an hour's free access to the spa, and we were very happy with that although some of the spa services were not in use at the time (we were there in low-season). The receptionist, the bartender and the restaurant staff went above and beyond to serve us. In general, a very good deal.

Stayed one night before an early flight home the next day & had the Buffet dinner €22.

I have been sick for 3 days straight now !

The Buffet is terrible to begin with...

• not much selection
• No Drinks etc
• fried cheap food
• No flavour

But to be poisoning paying guests is an absolute disgrace !!

Will never stay there again !

The manager is very friendly that’s why I give one star extra. When he is around he always looks for a solution for problems and tries to give a good service. On the other hand the staff is not friendly sometimes even rude. I was not pleased about the buffet and the freshness of it. A lot of things on the roomservice menu were most of the time not available and what I did order was always bad quality. The list can go on and on... I have staid here with my friend for a few long weeks.There were a lot of other things I thought were disappointing. We checked out much earlier than planned. Unfortunately couldn’t get our money back for the last weeks that was already booked and payed for upfront. Hope you guys will do better in the future. Good luck.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel with its breathtaking views over Marbella below.
The only reason for the 4 star review is that the Gym facilities were very poor, 5 or 6 mainly old and broken machines in a room The AC in our room was also broken. However they are renovating the hotel and the Staff were simply the best. Restaurant also served outstanding food. Although the breakfast was a little hit and miss, there was always enough to get you started.
It was still fair value and provided they continue to improve things, I think it’ll take some beating once works are finished.

The Hotel was perfectly lovely and the Staff were friendly and helpful. The Spa facilities are first class. The Room and Food were also very good. Ignore someone's comment about needing a 4x4. It's a concrete country road leading to a hilltop hotel with spectacular views...what do you expect?
