I bought an apartment in November 2023 through this real estate agency, and we agreed on the division of notary fees according to Article 1455 of the Civil Code. This means the seller would pay the notary fees, and I would pay for the first copy and subsequent copies (approximately 75% of the cost for the seller and 25% for the buyer, something that is often overlooked by buyers due to a lack of awareness). To complete the transaction, since the seller was unwilling to pay the notary fees as legally required, I paid them myself. However, Juan Antonio, the agency manager, promised to send me a Bizum payment for the notary fees, which he never did. They were unreliable and, based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them.
