If you are abroad I strongly suggest you NOT to use this agency.
I had an attorney and we still were deceived.

The property I gave deposit for was misrepresented, farm of 2,500 trees has 800 trees. Agency/owners don't help legalizing the use of water and well of property before purchase, expect owner to pay for it after purchase, illegal in Spain as water should be legalized when buying a farm. What I was told I was purchasing before giving my 10k euro deposit in September, it doesn't exist, but agency still doesn't offer a solution; refund of deposit, price adjustment or help legalizing all the issues the property has before arras.
Instead Agency expect buyer to pay another 10k euros for arras even though property still has legal unresolved issues, agency expects to keep deposit and list property again for another fish to bite, all this aware that property doesn't have legal use of water and the next buyer will have the same issues before purchase.

Please save yourself the frustration and aggravation and don't lose your money.
Don't you ever give your deposit money to an agency, only to your lawyer. Agencies will never refund your money, no matter if the property has legal issues.

If you are abroad use another agency and a good lawyer. I'm thousands of miles away and have gotten nowhere with them.

My experience with this real estate agency has been very disappointing. They promised me a transparent and secure process for buying a plot of land, but in the end, it was the complete opposite. The information they gave me from the beginning didn't match reality: there were hidden costs, unclear details, and last-minute changes to the terms.

Furthermore, once I made the deposit, communication became almost nonexistent. It was extremely difficult to get answers, and every time I asked a question, I received contradictory explanations.
I feel they haven't acted professionally or honestly. I will not be working with them again, and I recommend that others carefully review everything before signing anything.

Be very careful with this company; they scammed us. They overcharged us for a house we rented in the Alhaurín el Grande area. So be very careful.

Bad experience. We paid €900 in commission to the real estate agency thinking it was the total for their services, but we later found out they had also charged the landlady €450, making her believe we were paying the other half.

Neither of us knew they were charging both parties. That's not transparent, and we feel cheated. Furthermore, they didn't put us in contact with the landlady until we had already paid everything.

It's a shame, because you expect honesty in something as important as renting a house.

When questions arose, the answers were evasive or they told us they would "explain it later," but in the end, they never did. Furthermore, we noticed that there were important things they didn't tell us until everything was already paid for, and that created a lot of distrust.

A rental agreement is a serious matter, and we expected more transparency and professionalism. We would never trust them again.
