I have sold my house, I am a single lady struggling with Spanish Law in an effort to sell my house I tried number estate agents which were not very helpful. Then I found Peppe. He spoke English, he new the law and the paperwork we needed. My house is a campo property and needed extra paperwork applied for to bring it upto date. He worked along side me every step of the way, he took me to about 10 different offices, where he translated for me, I wouldn't have been able to find half the offices we went to in Malaga. He was always punctual, returned tex measages promptly, always looked smart, and always conducted his work professionally. I wish I could take him with me to the UK to help me buy my next house. I cannot praise him and his assistant Bea enough. If you are planning on buying or selling a property in Spain you will not find a better person to help you. They provide terrible service, are completely unprofessional, and have made it clear that if you want to sell a house and have them handle the process, you're better off finding another real estate agency because they're awful.
It's a shame that sellers are losing opportunities because of them.
