Let me tell you about my experience. I bought all the building materials for a renovation from them about 18 months ago. A year after buying the toilet, the lid cracked, as you can see in the photo. They gave me trouble when I claimed the warranty, saying I'd hit it or poured some corrosive product on it. But they eventually honored it. Well, six months later, the same crack is in the same spot on the lid. They say I hit it and that they're not responsible. Couldn't it be a manufacturing defect? Or do they have a camera in my bathroom to see if the lid was hit or if I poured some abrasive product on it out of boredom? This company is terrible. I've already bought everything I needed to buy from them. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
