The entire Portugal tour is not recommended. I understand it's cheap, but the accompanying guide, from the Viajes Interrias agency, left a lot to be desired, ignoring the passengers on several occasions. Of the other guides, only the one in Porto was worthy of its name. The hotel in Fátima has seen better days. Breakfast was acceptable, lunch and dinner with only one choice of main course. The reception staff were quite rude, and the dining room staff was friendly. The return trip was on Saturday at 4 a.m., so two days must be subtracted from the advertised time. Not recommended.

I booked a trip with this agency, and although the service was satisfactory, there are aspects I consider important for improvement.

From the beginning, communication was limited exclusively to WhatsApp. When I tried to contact them by phone to resolve some questions, I was told I had to continue through that channel with no other means available. Furthermore, the treatment I received from the person who took my call was unfriendly: their tone was unpleasant, barely allowing me to express myself, and made me feel uncomfortable simply seeking more direct attention.

As for the tour, while it delivered as promised, the guide didn't make an effort to create a memorable experience. Beyond the transfers between locations, there was a lack of connection with the travelers and a more friendly and enthusiastic approach. On other occasions, I have experienced tours where the guide managed to create a special atmosphere, something I missed in this case.

I am sharing this review as a constructive suggestion, because with small adjustments to customer service and staff engagement, the experience could be significantly improved.

For me and my travel companions, choosing the tour to Galicia with Kerala from Ecuador was a great experience. It met our expectations in terms of punctuality, guides, itinerary, hotel, food, and other details.

A very good experience on the tour to Croatia and Slovenia. Excellent service in hotels, meals, bus, excursions, local guides, and an excellent tour guide.
