Good local food and tapas. Great price/quality and chill vibes. Super central.
Our faves: farolitas (arparagus) and fried boquerones.
Don’t over order, portions are pretty big for the tapas!
A very different environment, loud and a bit messy without tables but everything works out great. Lovely food most of all! 😃

Málaga's historic core, bounded by the Guadalmedina river to the west, the port to the south and the slopes of Mount Gibralfaro to the east. The district contains the Cathedral, the Roman Theatre, the Alcazaba fortress, the Picasso Museum and the Pompidou Centre, plus the main shopping street Calle Marqués de Larios. Inside Distrito Centro sit the well-known sub-areas of Centro Histórico, Soho, La Merced and Lagunillas. The area is almost entirely pedestrianised, served by Metro Atarazanas and the Málaga–Centro Alameda rail station.

Great place for a drink and tapas! The garlic prawns and tortilla de camarones are amazing!! There are two bars opposite to each other. The old/ first one is busier and more popular with tourists.
The best tapas in Malaga! The place feels very authentic, and the atmosphere is amazing. They also serve the best gambas pil pil I’ve ever eaten—absolutely delicious. We did have a small communication issue at first, as the lady serving didn’t speak much English, which led to a bit of misunderstanding. However, we used Google Translate and it actually turned into a positive and enjoyable experience in the end.
Great atmosphere , lovely freshly prepared tapas and friendly service . We got here today for opening and managed to get a seat at the bar . Within 15 minutes it was full . The house wine was great too .
