I'm thrilled with my new sofa! It's incredibly comfortable, I was able to try it out in store and it was a fantastic choice. The color and size are perfect. I'm so grateful for the excellent advice I received in store. Impeccable service and top-notch customer support. Thank you so much for everything!

I tried to return the sofa because I'm uncomfortable on it, but they won't accept returns simply because they say the sofa needs to be ordered, and of course, we ordered it. These people don't really test their sofas for very long; they just sell it to you and that's it.

In May 2022, I bought a sofa, and two months later I requested a repair due to a loud metallic noise (a clanking of metal) when sitting down. The technician's solution was to either leave it as it was or adjust the rails, warning that the sofa would be very difficult to open and close. I opted for the rail adjustment, understanding that it was a proper and permanent repair. After this repair, with normal use, the arm of the sofa has progressively bent, clearly indicating that the repair was not done correctly. When I reported the problem to Muebles La Oca, they told me that the sofa was no longer under warranty and refused to provide a repair estimate. They completely washed their hands of the matter. It's a shame that small businesses have to close because they can't compete with large stores... LIE, they go under on their own, they don't need anyone. It's unprofessional, a lack of seriousness. I mean, if I didn't have a future, I'd open a small shop and start selling things without knowing how to do anything right. In short, shameful.

I bought my living room table and chairs at Oca, and I must say that Emilia's service was impeccable from start to finish. I was looking for a table with specific characteristics, and consequently, not all the chairs were suitable. So, she gave me all the possible options until we found the right ones. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Hello, a few years ago I bought a sofa at this store, La Oca Malaga. A saleswoman named Gemma helped me and very kindly assured me that, since it was a sofa with removable covers, I would have the option of changing the cover in the future, whether due to wear and tear or simply a change of style.

Now, years later, following the saleswoman's advice, I went back to the store to have the sofa cover replaced. Initially, they told me that the manufacturer no longer had that fabric and that I would have to choose a new one.
They had me choose a new fabric and asked for a 50% deposit, €400, meaning a new cover with a total cost of €800. I spent about an hour choosing fabrics, and then they told me that the order had been placed and everything was fine.
Now, a week later, the saleswoman called me and told me that the manufacturer said it wasn't possible to make the cover, that the sofa was being discontinued. Something that seems untrue to me. A very dubious excuse, since the sofa is still listed on their website with the same fabric options that were offered from the moment I made the purchase.
Because of all this, I feel completely scammed and deceived, as reality is showing me the exact opposite of what was agreed upon at the time of purchase, and therefore I do not recommend anyone buy from this store.... They deceive you and offer a warranty policy recommended by the salesperson. I went to the store to have the sofa cover replaced. They deceive you and offer a warranty policy that they cannot honor... (They don't guarantee something and then they can't deliver).
For my part, I plan to take legal action, demanding a complaint form from this store, and
with my lawyer, I will file a complaint with the consumer protection office.

I hope this happens to other people.
