I ordered a cake for my wife's birthday and it was delicious. I placed the order one week in advance for collection and everything went perfect. They also can communicate in english via WhatsApp when ordering and are very helpful with recommendations on which flavours suit best.

Without exaggeration, LaMaruja Bakery is the best pastry shop in Malaga, especially in the Teatinos area. You can really see the love and passion that Paula and the whole team put into what they do; it's truly artisanal pastry. The filled Marujitas are absolutely divine, and the cheesecakes (don't miss the mango one!) are spectacular. On top of that, they treat you wonderfully, are incredibly friendly, and make you feel right at home. Highly recommended!

Every cake they make is better than the last… Today we tried the sherry wine cake and it was simply spectacular… Plus, it's so light you could eat a whole cake. Addictive!
