They treated me incredibly well. It was a complicated problem, and I left very, very happy. They're fast, trustworthy, and they give you the parts back when they replace them... Truly excellent, and the price was very reasonable too. Highly recommended. They're also very friendly and patient with people who aren't very knowledgeable about the subject.

Excellent customer service.
In my case, I was in a hurry because I only needed to buy a mouse. There was only one person working and two customers ahead of me with more complex requests, so I had to wait half an hour to be helped. Perhaps a simple "hello, what do you need?" would have sufficed. And if it's a two-minute transaction, they handle it without overcrowding the store.
From what I saw while I waited, if I had any hardware-related issues, I would definitely go back to that place because, I repeat, they pay attention to detail and offer personalized service.
