Good supply in the store.
Poor service from shop assistant. After making my purchase they forgot the alarm on one of my clothes after a waiting they found their mistake and removed the alarm (everyone can make mistakes, but the staff was rude and did not want to accept their mistake)
On the way out I found an shirt that I liked on the manikin. The shirt on the manikin was in my size and they did not have any more. I wanted to buy the one on the manikin. The staff was very rude and could not be bothered with taking off the shirt on the manikin and let me buy it. My question is why you have a store and does not let customers buy the clothes in their size.

Outlet wasn’t cheap. But a nice place to visit when you’re on holiday.
They have lots of places to eat.
I will recommend but prices not cheap.

Nice clothes but unfriendly staff, they all act and angry if you only speak English. And act depressed.

High prices.

This afternoon my son and I were shopping at this store. When we arrived, my son went inside, and I stayed at the entrance because I was finishing my ice cream. The saleswoman told me I couldn't go in while eating, which I completely understand, so I stood in the doorway finishing my ice cream and keeping an eye on my son from a distance. I finished my ice cream and told the saleswoman I was done. She very rudely told me I had to leave the store and that she reserved the right to refuse entry. I asked why, since I had already finished my ice cream. Without further explanation, she told me I had to leave, just like that. I replied that I didn't think so and that I wasn't leaving. She immediately lost her temper, started shouting, became agitated, and called mall security to have me removed. Honestly, if it were up to me, I would have left immediately given the way I was treated, but my son wanted to buy something, so I preferred to stay quiet and calm down while he chose his clothes. She kept insisting I leave, and security arrived. The whole thing was truly shameful. I think they should choose their staff more carefully, as this is unacceptable behavior, especially when treating customers. It's embarrassing that people like this are representing this brand.
I've requested a complaint form, which I intend to submit to the consumer protection agency, of course. I'm sharing my experience here in case it's helpful to anyone else or if someone can relate.
