I had an excellent experience at this yoga studio. Lupe taught the class with great professionalism, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Her instructions were clear and helped me enjoy each pose. I left feeling delighted and will definitely return. Highly recommended!

Beautiful!!!! I've tried different centers, this is another world. Starting with a beautiful meditation that made us aware of our bodies, listening to her voice is enveloping, also bringing us to our own awareness. The exercise was wonderful; for once they showed me how to breathe correctly and I was able to do it. I can only say that you should have your own experience 🙏🌻💋💋💋
I'd never done yoga before and I'm thrilled! Lupe is wonderful, a true professional and a great person. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed—definitely recommended!
