Utterly disappointing. I had a nice pair of pants, which I really liked and used it for 10 months. Then the zipper tore off completely, as the fabric let go. When wanted to return it. They said they only have the 2 years warranty for the product, but the zipper is not part of the product. And anyway if it was working for 10 months, why did it break just now.. the teller did not listen to any reasoning, and refused to accept that the zipper is part of the product.
