I had an issue with a brand new MacBook Air which prevented me from setting it up. I went in without an appointment and was dealt with by Carlos straight away. He explained the problem and took it to the back room to rectify it free of charge. They had to reinstall the software so I was told to come back in an hour to ensure it was fixed. I was very happy with the service and they completely fixed it. I would highly recommend them. Yeray dealt with me on my return and not only spoke brilliant English was very polite and helpful.

Apple support told me I could buy a replacement AirPod Pro 2 at this store since I lost one of the two. They didn’t have it in stock, it would cost €139, and they said the device would have to be sent to Apple for 10 days because it needed to be 'paired' to the case.
What a load of BS. The price is €40 too high and you can do the pairing yourself.
AVOID THIS STORE.

DO NOT TRUST REPAIR PRICES. Around 10 months ago I took a MacBook Air in which had stopped loading after a little bit of rain got in it when I was DJ at a wedding. They charged me €50 to look at it and then sent me a report with photos showing very badly damaged microchips and rusted components. The quote to repair it was around €1,200! I decided to buy a new one but luckily not from them ! This week I had more time available to open the broken one myself and see if maybe I could fix it. When I opened it the components inside were NOT like the ones in the photos they sent me in the report. I then unplugged the battery and the MacBook loaded fine when connected to electricity !! I ordered a new battery pack for €70 online and fitted it myself. Then I noticed the audio card was not working and I could see wet damage to that so for €60 I bought a replacement from Amazon and fitted it. The whole thing works perfectly now ! They wanted to try to make a new sale out of lying to me AND I also imagine they would have fixed it for €120 like I did and then sold it to their friends or even in the shop. VERY BAD. BEWARE. Apple should revoke their Premium Reseller Status . (I wish I could share their report but when I click the link now it tells me it is archived)
