Tezenis is an online clothing retailer specializing in women's and men's apparel including swimwear, lingerie, and pajamas. The website offers seasonal sales and a range of styles across multiple European markets.
Originally a village to the south-west, now part of Málaga municipality, sitting between the airport and the foothills. Churriana keeps a recognisable village centre with the Iglesia de San Antonio Abad and the Casa-Museo de Gerald Brenan. The area is bordered by the Guadalhorce river and includes the Jardín Botánico de la Concepción on its northern edge. Easily reached from the airport (under 10 minutes) and from central Málaga by the A-7053 road and Cercanías rail at Aljaima.
Nice shop
We bought a pair of swimming trunks, and they didn't fit. We went back to the same store the next day to return them. They didn't refund our money, but they gave us a gift card. Without any explanation. When we tried to activate it (removing the sticker from the card), it came off, along with the PIN (which was so "perfectly" attached).
As a result, we lost 9 euros. My advice: don't buy anything from this store! They're scammers and liars!
Since becoming a mother, my body has changed a lot, and it's hard to find clothes that flatter me. A brunette with medium-length hair and a large bust (like me) gave me excellent service, even offering her opinion on how several styles looked on me. She was attentive and brought me other sizes. It had been a long time since I'd found such a helpful sales assistant. Thanks to her, I spent much more than I'd originally planned. And I left happy.
Good afternoon!
Yesterday, Friday, March 13, 2026, I went to exchange a pink tracksuit for a smaller size. I picked the wrong one. I told the sales assistant that I had previously bought another one in green and was going to exchange it for a black one. But I had missed the exchange window by a week, and I explained that I hadn't been able to come in sooner.
I explained why, but she said the computer wouldn't let her process the exchange.
I spoke to the manager, but it was useless. I told them I would leave the tracksuit and my phone number so they could call me when they could sell it. It still has the tags on, just as I bought it.
And they told me that wasn't allowed. But they can use clothes and then put them up for sale. I hadn't even worn it.
I've been behind a counter for 43 years; I know what it means to care about a business, about a customer, and to not lose them. And you know why? Because it hurts me to see my business and for people to speak badly of it or of me. But I don't think these rules that some franchises have are fair.
What do I want with that tracksuit if I look like a clown in it? 26 euros down the drain, and I'll never go back to Tezenis. And you know what? The most important thing of all, more important than the 26 euros I lost. Word of mouth, what I'm going to say about the service and the conditions you impose. They don't seem fair to me. It was just a matter of exchanging the size, and I was going to buy more clothes, but nothing. I'm from Vélez-Málaga, and I go to Larios and Plaza Mayor specifically to shop at Tezenis and Skechers.
Because I have a shopping center here, El Ingenio, which has the stores where I usually buy clothes: Stradivarius, Zara, Mango, etc. Anyway, I just want to say that I'm disappointed, hurt, and ashamed after explaining why I couldn't go back sooner to exchange it and the "no" I received.
We need more empathy for people so they feel heard and, above all, helped, satisfied, and happy with the service they expect to receive. Everyone is different, and we often face situations in life that are beyond our control, preventing us from meeting strict deadlines.
Thank you.
Regards
On December 30, 2025, during the morning shift, I went to the store to make a last-minute purchase. When I went to pay, the sales assistant, Mónica (according to the receipt), and her colleague (a fairly young and short woman) began openly criticizing the customer who had paid before me, making very unfortunate and offensive comments such as "she had no shame," "she was a bit dim," and "how could she be so clueless," simply because she was putting her things in the bag they had given her at the register and not on the street because, of course, according to them, she was in the way.
This situation made me very uncomfortable and uncomfortable as a customer, because if they are capable of speaking like that about someone in front of others, there's nothing to stop them from doing the same thing behind closed doors. The lack of professionalism, respect, and courtesy was complete.
I understand it's a special time of year, but the store wasn't crowded that day, and even if it had been, nothing justifies that treatment or that language, especially not in front of other customers.
I didn't file a complaint at the time only because I didn't have time, but I believe this type of behavior should be seriously reviewed.
Customer service is fundamental, and what happened that day was, frankly, shameful.
