Málaga's historic core, bounded by the Guadalmedina river to the west, the port to the south and the slopes of Mount Gibralfaro to the east. The district contains the Cathedral, the Roman Theatre, the Alcazaba fortress, the Picasso Museum and the Pompidou Centre, plus the main shopping street Calle Marqués de Larios. Inside Distrito Centro sit the well-known sub-areas of Centro Histórico, Soho, La Merced and Lagunillas. The area is almost entirely pedestrianised, served by Metro Atarazanas and the Málaga–Centro Alameda rail station.

The statue, dedicated to Manuel Agustín Heredia, is located on a busy roundabout along Avenida Agustín Heredia Martínez in Malaga. This statue is not located in a garden, but rather in an urban area, specifically a roundabout. Manuel Agustín Heredia was a marquis born in Rabanera de Cameros on May 4, 1786, and died in Malaga.
A very beautiful garden with picturesque plants and trees. It is located opposite the Roman Theatre of Malaga and the main entrance to the Alcazaba. It is a very busy area throughout the day.
Nice area for a walk
I loved it
