Inside Distrito Centro sit the well-known sub-areas of Centro Histórico, Soho, La Merced and Lagunillas. Yesterday I bought some shoes, size 36, and they were a little too big. The girls, who were incredibly kind, brought out some half-insoles they also sold there, and they actually made the shoes fit really well. I told them I was going to take both the shoes and the insoles. When I went to pay, I only saw the shoe box. I asked about the insoles and they said they had put them inside the box. Imagine my surprise when I went to try them on properly today and found that the insoles were size 39-40, and they didn't even fit in the shoes. It was such a disappointment, considering how kind they had been, to get this surprise at the end. Obviously, these insoles are useless to me. I would have appreciated insoles in my size.
Yesterday I went shopping for shoes and a bag for my daughter, and Ana Rosa helped me. She was very kind from the start. It's such a pleasure to shop like this; it's so nice to be treated so well.
My congratulations to her for her excellent service.
I'll be back whenever I need to. 😊 Thank you so much, Ana!
I feel bad writing this review because there's a lovely girl there, but I went today and was served by a blonde girl whose manners left much to be desired. She was rude and had poor manners. I didn't file a complaint because I didn't want to deal with paperwork. I won't be returning to this store and I don't recommend it.
