I contacted Olivia to install a lock I could buy myself, but as a favor and to provide her with extra service, I agreed that she would also bring the lock (even though it was the same model and more expensive). She installed it, and I had problems, and this was two months ago... I'm still waiting for a response. Besides the terrible service I've received from her, and the way she's been giving me the runaround, I've asked her to refund the money I already spent on the lock, and she hasn't even replied. I can't even begin to describe how badly this woman and her business have managed things. A huge disappointment. I will never buy from them again, and I recommend that no one else does. I didn't trust the bad reviews I read, and I regret it. Now I understand them. Zero professionalism. A disgrace.
